It is the most hydrating toner which I love since so many toners leave you feeling dry. It also will balance out your ph levels, clean and minimize your pores, and also prepares your skin for maximum hydration. Its the best priming step for the Saranghae Radiance Essence and Serum. This will also help boost the effectiveness of your entire skincare routine.

I honestly feel like my entire routine is complete with this toner. It has helped so much with my skin especially my pores. I love that it doesn't burn or dry out my skin and it feels so hydrating! This toner is a must have in any skincare routine!

After I cleanse my face I apply the toner to a cotton round pad and swipe it around my entire face. Always avoid the eye area when applying toner. Then I follow it up with my Essence and Serum and continue on with my routine.
