C'est La Vie in Cancun Mexico!
Good Morning my fashionistas!! It is fashion Wednesdays on the blog and last week I skipped on a video and blog post because I was in Mexico! We had an amazing time in Cancun celebrating good friends of ours that got married there. The gorgeous location at Dreams Riviera Cancun was a stunning place to get married in. So while I was there with my husband and friends I decided to take some pictures and blog about one of my favorite beach look of the trip!
This year I have been loving the one piece bathing suit trend and I hope it never goes away! Just makes me feel more comfortable laying out and being with friends and not having to show my entire body. So for the trip I went for all one piece suits and of course some amazing cover ups, hats, sandals and bags to match!
I fell in love with this cover up from Everything But Water. The print and tying neck tassels just screamed Mexico vacay so I knew I had to buy it when I saw it at the store.
To match the yellow color in my cover up I decided to wear this adorable C'est la Vie hat that I purchased from Nordstrom. I thought the pop of color with the yellow was adorable and worked perfectly with the look I was going for!
For my one piece swimsuit obsession I went for a gorgeous suit from the boutique Girls Will Be Girls located in Miami. I got this swimsuit a few months back so they no longer have it but they have many other styles on their website www.shopgwbg.com. And of course it was hot in Mexico so I had to get the cutest Palma Canaria hand fan! I am sure you think this is crazy but it was totally worth getting since I used it that day on the beach. It was seriously so hot and having that helped so much!
As for accessories I didn't put any jewelry but I let my adorable shoes from Zara be my jewelry piece. The gorgeous pearl details on the sandals are gorgeous!! Unfortunately they are sold out and not on the website anymore.
And of course you know I have to rock one of my favorite Palma Canaria bags for my beach bag!
