Jumpsuit Frills
Happy Fashion Wednesday on the blog!! For today's post of fashion fun I am going to show you a gorgeous daytime look that anyone can pull off. This can be for a daytime event or brunch with your friends and the best part it is so comfortable! So let's stop with this intro and get into the fun details.
Whenever I want to me comfortable but at the same time look put together I always aim for a jumpsuit. Just because you can dress them down or dress them up and you always look so chic and put together. Only issue I have with jumpsuits is when you have to use the public restrooms. Ladies you know where I am going with this because we have all been there lol! Nothing feels more weird than being naked in a cold public restroom squatting to pee. Other than that issue I would say jumpsuits are my fav lol!
For this look I wanted a flirty and fun piece so this ASOS jumpsuit in a lilac tone with white, black and olive green print was just perfect. The back has a gorgeous criss cross opening and the sleeves have a little flare to them which gives it that extra girly feel.
For accessories I wanted to go with beige neutral tones to compliment the olive green in my jumpsuit. You can also go with black if you want to dress this up for the night. But for this I wanted a more relaxed daytime feel to it. For shoes I went with my most comfortable pair of wedges. They are a splurge but when it comes to shoes and bags I don't mind spending the money. Why you ask? Because some high end shoes are actually very comfortable to walk in all day. When I buy a cheaper pair of shoes I end up damaging my feet with blisters and other painful stuff that aren't fun to have. So for this wedge I picked my Valentino wedges which complimented my amazing clutch!
My clutch is such a stunning and must have piece. I got it at Boho Hunter and the brand is Palma Canaria. It also has a woven hoop to carry it from there or wrap it around your wrist.
And let's not forget about my earrings. To go with the neutral theme I paired my outfit with these gorgeous drop hoop and fringe earrings from Shashi. They are such a gorgeous piece that can go with so many looks. It is a must have in your jewelry collection. And it went with my fun and flirty look I was going for.
